The Forum Participants Agreed on the Following Recommendations:

1. Encouraging regulatory and supervisory bodies to enforce the adherence of charitable organizations to charity governance standards and principles.
2. Developing a guideline for charity governance standards and principles that aligns with local laws and regulations, international standards, and Islamic Shariah principles, ensuring it is updated regularly.
3. Considering the diversity in nature and scale of charitable organizations when applying charity governance principles.
4. Urging regulatory and supervisory bodies to measure and classify the level of compliance of charitable organizations with charity governance standards and principles.
